Picture quality adjustment
To select the picture mode:
You can select the picture quality instantly among three preset
modes and one user-set mode.
Press the button to select
the desired picture quality.
Dynamic, Standard, Mild and
Memory (user-set) can be selected
cyclically.
Note:
In the PC input mode (see page 29), this mode is not available.
To adjust the basic picture quality:
Press the MENU button, then
press the
or button to
display the PICTURE menu.
Press the or button to
select the Picture settings
menu, then press the OK
button.
Press the or button to
select Contrast, Brightness,
Color, Tint or Sharpness, then
press the
or button to
adjust the level.
Notes:
• In the PC input mode (see page 29),
Color, Tint and Sharpness modes are
not available.
• The Tint may only be adjusted on a tape
which has been recorded and played
back on an NTSC VCR.

About ISM (Image Sticking Minimization) function
The ISM function (The Image Sticking Minimization function)
automatically starts to decrease the brightness with small steps when
fixed pattern displays for long time. The pace of the decrease and the
delay time depend on the brightness in the displayed screen.
The ISM function is set to ON by default. You cannot change this
setting.
