Cannot play back a disc.
Playback does not start when
the title is selected.
Cannot connect to the network.

while my PC is connected to

Clean the disc.
Ensure the disc label is facing up.
Check if the disc is defective by trying another disc.
Cancel the ratings control or change the control level.
Insert a correct disc that can be played back on this unit.
Check the settings in the Parental menu.
Check that the LAN cable connection is properly made.
Turn on the modem or broadband router.
Check that the broadband router and/or modem is
correctly
connected.
Check the Network Connection Setting.
Check the content of your Internet service contract to see if
your
Internet service provider prevents multiple terminals connecting
at
the same time.
Press the OSC button on the remote and scroll down to
select
Subtitle to change to Off or None.
Check the disc content to ensure subtitles are not part of the
scene
content.
Reset this unit by turning it off, then on again.
De
w condensation may form inside the unit. Do not use this unit for
at least a few hours until its inside gets dry.
Wipe the dirt off the disc or replace the disc.
The angle cannot be switched for Blu-ray Disc™/DVD which do
not
contain multiple angles.
In some cases multiple angles are only recorded for specific scenes.
Use a USB flash drive with enough space.
Set Blu-ray 3D
TM
Mode to Auto.
Connect to a 3D TV.
Playback a 3D disc.
Wear 3D glasses.
