FCC Statement
FCC Part 15 Information
This equipment has been tested and foundto comply withthe limits for a
Class B digitaldevice, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Communication
Commission (FCC) Rules. These limitsare designed to provide reasonable
protection againstharmful interference in a residential installation.
Thisequipment generates, uses,and can radiate radio frequency energy
and if not installed and usedin accordance with the instructions, maycause
harmfulinterference to radio communications. However, there is no
guaranteethatinterferencewill not occurin a particular installation. If this
equipmentdoes cause harmful interference to radio or television reception,
which can be determinedby turning the equipment off and on,the user is
encouraged to try to correctthe interference by one or moreof the following

FCC Part 68 Information
Thisequipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rulesandthe
requirements adoptedby the ACTA. On the bottomof this equipment is a
label that contains, amongotherinformation, a productidentifier in the
formatUS:AAAEQ##TXXXX. If requested, thisnumber must be provided to
the telephone company.
An applicable certification jacks Universal Service Order Codes (USOC) for
the equipment is provided (i.e., RJ11C) in the packaging with each piece of
approved terminalequipment.
A plugand jack used to connectthisequipment to the premises wiringand
telephonenetwork must comply with the applicable FCCPart 68 rulesand
requirements adoptedby the ACTA. A compliant telephone cord and
modularplug isprovided with this product.It is designed tobe connectedto
a compatible modular jack thatis also compliant.Seeinstallation
instructions for details.
The REN is usedtodeterminethenumber of devices that may be
connected to a telephone line. Excessive RENson a telephoneline may
result in the devicesnot ringing in response to an incoming call. In most but
not all areas,the sum of RENs should not exceedfive (5.0). To be certain of
