generatedebriswhencut.ThismayimproveprintingqualityandhelppreventPrintheaddamage.Youcansetup
thisfunctiontobeactivatedforsometypesofpaper.
Whenthisfunctionisactivated,blacklinesareprintedattheleadingandtrailingedgesofdocuments.
Important
•Donotactivatethefunctiontoreducecuttingdustforpaperthatwrinkleseasily,suchasPlainPaperor
lightweightpaper.Thismayimpaircuttingandcausepaperjams.
•Borderlessprintingisnotavailablewhenthisfunctionisactivated.Deactivatethisfunctionbefore
borderlessprinting.
1.PresstheMenubuttontodisplayMAINMENU.
2.Press▲or▼toselectPaperDetails,andthenpressthe►button.
3.Press▲or▼toselectthetypeofpaperloadedintheprinter,andthenpressthe►button.
4.Press▲or▼toselectCutDustReduct.,andthenpressthe►button.
5.Press▲or▼toselectOn,andthenpresstheOKbutton.
Thefunctiontoreducecuttingdustisnowactivated.
