DiamondbackFitnesswarrantsthe500ErRearDriveEllipticaltobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseinthe

homeenvironment.DiamondbackFitness’sobligationunderthiswarrantyislimitedtotherepairorreplacementofanydefectivepart,

providedfreeofchargethroughanAuthorizedServiceAgent.Thiswarrantyisextendedtotheoriginalpurchaser.Thefollowingconditions

WhoisCovered

ThewarrantyisextendedtotheindividualwhosenameappearsontheWarrantyRegistrationfiledwithDiamondbackFitnessandmaynotbe

transferredtoanyotherindividualorlegalentity.IntheabsenceofavalidWarrantyRegistration,theoriginalsalesreceiptwillserveas

satisfactorydocumentationofthevalidwarrantystatus.
