program.Ahigher“brick”stackrepresentsahigherloadorresistance
level,witheachbrickrepresentingtwo(2)levelsofresistance.A
flashingcolumnof
brickswillindicatetheuser’sprogressinthe
programatanygiventime.Inthediagramtotheleft,theuserhas
progressedtothefifteenthcolumn(flashing)andtheresistancelevel
issetcurrentlysettotwelve(12).
Eachverticalcolumnrepresentsatimeintervaldeterminedbythetotal
lengthoftheprogram.Eachcolumnwillequal1/10
th
of
thetotalprogramlength.Forexample,iftheprogramlengthisfifty‐two(52)minutes,eachcolumnwillequalthree(2)minutes
(52minutes/26segments=2minutespersegment).
DuringtheTargetHeartRateprograms,thebrickyardwilldisplaytheuser’scalculatedmaximumheartrateprofile.
