To shift the case of the next letter(s) that you type,
press one or more times. There are three shift
states:
Lower Case has no indicator, Initial Capital is
indicated by in the display, and Capitals Lock is
indicated by .
The cursor moves to the right when you press a
different key. When entering the same letter twice
(or a differdent letter on the same key), just wait for
a few seconds for the cursor to move right
automatically, and then select the next letter.
If you enter a specific word in this mode the first
time, the word is automatically added to your phone’s
database, and offers the new word as on aption for
its keystroke sequence when you are in Quick English
mode.
English( ) Mode
When typing in English mode, you should press key
labelled with the required letter:
-Once for the first letter
-Twice for the second letter
-And so on.
For example, you press three times quickly to
display the letter “C” , two times quickly to
display the letter “L”. So, this method is called Multi-
tap typing.
Refer to the table below for the list of characters
assigned on each key.
