I’ve mistakenly deleted a photo from my memory card.
• If you delete a photo from the memory card (you get two chances to keep it)
then it is gone permanently.
Thumbnail and photo rotations are not being saved
• Please check to see if your media card is “Write-Protected.” If it is, then any
settings will not be saved. Some photos may appear rotated while the unit is
on, but after a power cycle (turn unit off and then on again) the photos will not
appear rotated.
The Windows 98 driver won’t install.
• We support the Windows 98 second edition only, not the first edition. (The driver
will not install on the Windows 95 version since you can’t run the unit on that
system, or the 2000, ME or XP operating systems, since they don’t require the
driver.)
