2 Important notes
Please read these instructions before using the device!
Be sure to observe chapter 2.1 Technical data
• This computer is a mounting part! The mounting has to be carried out in accordance with
DIN EN 60950, VDE 0160, VDE 0113 and VDE 0750 (DIN EN 60601-1).
• The computer corresponds to class of protection 1.
The PE conductor of the supply connector is connected to the metal housing of the device.
• In order to switch the device to a deenergised state, the supply voltage connector has to
be removed.
• The device may only be opened by qualified personnel.

• The short-stroke keyboard and display integrated in the flat display
computer do not
comply with the ergonomics directive ZH 1/618. The keyboard and display only are
designed for short-term entries and control functions.
• The sealing ring of the front panel of the flat display computer is to be protected against
UV radiation when stored.
• In the case of a defect the device is to be returned to the manufacturer with the following
address (for reshipment, please use the original packaging!):
