2.2 Connecting External Devices
Connect external devices such as VCRs, STBs, or DVD players to the TV
using the AV1, AV2, AV3, AV4 and AV5 ports on the back or side of the TV.
Note:
AV5 is for AP market only.
2.2.1 Connecting External Earphones
External earphones may be used to listen to the TV rather than using the
built-in speakers. Connect external headphones to the earphone line out
port as illustrated.
Notes:
• External earphones are not included with the TV.
• The built-in TV speakers do not output sound when earphones are
plugged in.
• Location of the connectors varies according to the TV model. For more
information, please refer to manufacturer’s user manual or the the
Quick Start Guide of your TV model.
