Troubleshooting
Before calling a service technician, please check the following table for a possible cause of the problem and
some solutions.
Symptoms

TV will not turn on
No picture, no sound

Unable to select a certain channel
Poor color or no color
The remote control doesnot operate
Make sure the power cord is plugged in, thenpress [POWER].
The remote control batteries may bedead. Replace the batteries.
