6 Press the PROGRAM button to complete your programming or continue with
additional programs.
The delayed recording indicator will display on the VCR. This tells you that theVCR will
automatically record at the times and dates you have programmed.
When you have set up all the timed recordings you want:
• Don't forget to load a videocassette (With the safety tab still attached) to record on.
• If using a cable box the VCR can control, turn on the cable box before the time the
recording is to begin. Please refer to "Cable Box Setup", on Page 26 in the "First
Time Setup" section.
Important: Your timed recording settings take effect when you turn off the power on the
VCR.
Caution of VCR Plus+ Recording
After entering a PlusCode number, check the information displayed with the "PROGRAM
REVIEW". If there is (are) any unnecessary program(s), please cancel or correct it (them).
Please refer to Page 51, "Reviewing what you have programmed".
To go into the recording mode:
1. Press the POWER button to turn the VCR on.
2. Turn on TV and select the video channel (3 or 4).
3. Press the DISPLAY button.
4. Press the (5) button to switch the recording mode.

Reviewing what you have programmed
You can look back over any of the recordings you have preset and if you need to, clear
out any of the programs. Normal programs will clear automatically once recording is
complete, but daily and weekly setting must be cleared out manually.
1 Press the GUIDE button.
The main on-screen menu will appear on the TV screen.
