MARK
Use to mark or unmark a photo/music.
RATIO
Adjusts the picture aspect ratio.
POWER
Turns TV On or Off.
MUTE
Switches the sound On or Off.
VOLUME UP/DOWN
Increases/decreases the sound level.
MENU
Displays the main menu on the screen.
Enters or exits the on-screen menu system
VCR/DVD BUTTONS
Control some video cassette recorders or DVD
players. (“RECORD” is not functional in DVD
mode.) Set up for VCR recording: Once, Regularly,
Weekly, Off. (“RECORD” button only).
TIMER
Sets the amount of time before the TV
automatically turns itself Off.
ALARM
Sets the time that the TV
will automatically turn itself On.
INPUT
Selects RGB, HDMI,DVI, HDMI2, Component
Input, AV1 and AV2 sources.
CC
Selects a closed caption option:
Off, CC1 ~ 4, Text1 ~ 4, Service 1 ~6.
NUMBER Buttons (0 - 9) DASH
Use to enter a program number or channels.
Dash is used for sub channel numbers such as
2-1, 2-2, 9-1, 9-2, 100-3, 100-4 etc.
FLASHBACK
Returns to the previously tuned channel.
CHANNEL UP/DOWN
Selects available channels found with Auto
Tuning. Moves to next available page in elec-
tronic program guide.
THUMBSTICK
Up/Down/Left/Right/ENTER
Use to navigate on-screen menus / adjust the TV
settings to your requirements.
RETURN
Clears all on-screen displays and returns
to TV viewing from any TV menu.
SAP
Selects MTS sound:
Mono, Stereo, and SAP in Analog mode.
Changes the audio language in DTV mode, if
additional languages are available.
SAP Notes
• If SAP is selected and no SAP is provided,
sound may not be heard on channel.
• Each analog channel may have its own SAP
setting.
• Digital channels will reset to default audio lan-
guage with a power Off/On.
EJECT
Clears all on-screen displays and returns
