MAGNAVOX warr ants this produc t against defect in
material or workmanship, subject to any conditions set forth
as follows:
PROOF OF PURCHASE: Yo u m u s t h a ve p r o o f o f t he d a t e
of purchase to receive repair on the product .A sales re ceipt
or other document showing the product and the date t hat
you purchased the product as well as the authorized ret ailer
included, is considered such proof.
COVER AGE:
(If product is determined to be defective)
L ABOR : For a period of ninety (90) days from the date of
purchase, Magnavox will repair or replace the product, at its
option, at no charge, or pay the labor charges t o any M agnavox
authorized repair facility. A f ter the period of ninet y (90 ) days,
Magnavox will no longer be responsible for charges incurred.
PARTS : For a period of one (1) year from date of purchase ,
Magnavox will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacment
par ts in exchange for defective parts. Magnavox authorized
servicecenterswillprovideremovalandinstallationofthe
par ts under the specified labor warrant y.
DIS PL AY: For a period of One (1) year from the d ate of
purchase, Magnavox will supply, at no charge ,a new or rebuilt
active display device in exchange for the defective display.
Magnavox authorized ser vice centers will provide removal and
installation of the p ar ts under the specified labor warrant y.
(PTV screens carry a thirt y (30) day replacement warranty.)
EXCLUDED FROM WARR ANTY COVERAGE
Yo u r w a r r a n t y d o e s no t c o ve r :
• Labor charges for installati on or setup of the product ,
adjust-ment of customer controls on the product , and
inst all atio n or rep air of antenna systems outside of the
product .
• Product repair and/or par t replacement because of
improper installation, connections to improper voltage
supply, abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair
or other cause not within the control of Magnavox.
•A produc t that requires modific ation or adapt ation to enable
it to operate in any country other than the countr y for which
it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized,
or rep air of product s dam aged by these modifi cati ons .
• Damage occurring to product during shipping when
improperly packaged or costs associated with packaging.
• Product lost in shipment and no signature verification of
receipt can be provided.
•A produc t used for commercial or i nstitutional purposes
(including but not limited to rental purposes).
•ProductssoldASISorRENEWED.
