fluentwiththeterminologyandbasictechnologyofPChardwareand

software.Thislevelofknowledgecantypicallybefoundinan

individualwhohasinstalledseveralPCsystems,andwhoroutinely

usesaPCforpersonalorbusinesscomputing.
