Limited Warranty
Panasonic Consumer EleCtronics Company or Panasonic Sales Company
(COllectively referred Io _s "the warrantor") will repair this product and all included ac-
cessories with new or refurbished parts, free of charge, in the USA or Puerto Rico_
from the date of odginal purchaSe in the event of adefect in matebals orworkmanship
as fOllows.
Parts--New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for one (1) year from the
date of odginal purchase.
Labor--Carry-in or melfin service for ninety (90) days from the date of origiaa! pur-
chase, After the ninety (90) day labor period, purchaser pays fOr all labor cbarges,
BatteHe$--(_l included) New reChargeable batleries in exchange for defective
racbargeable batteries for ten (I B) days from the date of the odginal barchase. Non-
rechargeable batteries are not warranted.

Trlis warranty is extended only to the origlnal purchaser.

This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship
which occur during normal use and does not cover normal maintenance. The
warranty does not cover damages which Occurred in shipment, 0r failures which are
caused by prOduCts not supplied by the warrantor_ Or failures which result from acci-
dent, misuse, al_JSe, negrect, mishandling, faulty ins_allat_n, misz.pplioation, imwobar
set-up adjustments, operation or maintenatlce, altelalion, modllioation, power line
surge, lightning damage, intederer_e, comn_ercioI use such as hotel, office, restau-
ranL or ether business or rental use of the product, or serviced by anyone other than
an PABC Factory Servicenter or an authonzed PASC Servicenter, or damage that is
attnbutabio to acts of God.

SEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT,
OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRAN]_'. INCLUDING WITH-
OUT LIMITATIONS, DAMAGE TO DISCS. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WAR-
RANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE
WARRAN I_ PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights

If you ship the product
Carefully pack and send it prepaid, adequately insured and preferably in the original carton.
Attach a postage-affixed letter, detailing the complaint, to the outside of the carton.
Do NOT send the product to the Executive or Regional Sales offices. They are NOT equipped to make repairs.
