Troubleshooting
If there is a problem that persists after
checking the points below, contact the store
where you bought the player.
Power does not turn on
\AC adapter not connected properly

\Battery is not charged (page 71).
Disc will not play
\Disc is damaged or dirty (page 65).
\Disc is not properly loaded (page 14).
\Incompatible region number (page
