PROBLEM SOLUTION
BD-LIVE
I cannot connect to the BD-LIVE ser
ver. Check whether the network connection is successful or not by using the
Network Status menu. (See page 34)
Check whether the USB memor
y device is connected to the player.
The memory device must have at least 1GB of free space to accommodate
the BD-LIVE ser
vice.
You can check the available size in BD Data Management. (See page 35)
Check whethe r the BD-LIVE Internet Connection menu is set to Allow(All).
If all above fails,
contact the contents provider or update the player to the
latest firmware.
When using the BD-LIVE ser
vice, an error
occurs.
The memory device must have at least 1GB of free space to accommodate
the BD-LIVE service.

NOTE
When the factory default settings are restored,
all stored user BD data is deleted.
Repairs
If you contact us to repair your player, an administration fee may be charged if either:
An engineer is called out to your home at your request and there is no defect in the product.1.
You bring the unit to a repair center and there is no defect in the product.2.
We will provide you with the amount of the administration fee before we make a home visit or begin any
work on your player.
