CONNECTING A STEREO AMPLIFIER TO AUDIO OUT JACKS
1. Connect the TV Audio Output (R/L)

to the Stereo Amplifier In (R/L)

2. Press POWER on remote control to turn on the TV. Turn on external equipment also.

■
Position your TV at
least 2 feet from
stereo speakers. The
magnets in the speak-
ers may affect the
picture quality.
■
DO NOT connect
external speakers
directly to the TV.
■
Always match cables
according to the
colors;
RED for right
audio,
WHITE for left
audio and
YELLOW for
video.
■
Make sure all cable
connectors are fully
seated on the jacks.
■
Make sure you select
TV channel to match
your VCR output
(Ch. 3 or 4). See
chart on page 15.

To view two TV
programs or watch a
TV program and pre-
recorded tape at the
same time follow
steps on page 14.

If you are connect-
ing your TV to a
satellite dish, you
must have two (2)
receivers or use a
cable system or
antenna with the
satellite to use the
PIP feature.
USING THE AUDIO/ VIDEO INPUT JACKS
FOR PIP
The PIP feature requires two signals to work: You must connect signals to the 75 ohm
terminal and to one set of the A/V jacks; or you must
connect signals to both sets of A/V jacks.
CONNECTING A SATELLITE SYSTEM AND CABLE
1. Connect signal (cable or antenna) to the TV 75Ω (ohm) terminal

2. Connect Satellite S-Video Out to TV S-Video In jack.
Using the S-Video In 1 jack overrides the Video1 Input jack and the S-Video In 2 jack
overrides the Video2 In jack (Model AVM-3680G).
3. Connect the Satellite Audio Out (R/L) jacks to TV Audio Input (R/L) jacks.
Press POWER key to turn on the TV. Turn on external equipment also.
