Connections for an A/B Roll Editing System
The following is an example configuration of A/B roll
editing system using the DSR-1800A/1800AP.
The purpose of the following figure is to clearly indicate
the flow of signals among the component devices in this
system. The specific connections and settings are
described beginning on page 87.
a) An I/O delay of several frames occurs on DME switchers and
other devices equipped with frame memory. It is therefore
necessary to connect an audio delay unit between the audio
mixer and the recorder VCR to adjust for the delay.
