5.4.5 Max Upstream Rate (kbps)
The Max Upstream Rate (kbps) defines the desired maximum transmitted call rate over H.323
networks. This is to be able to limit the outgoing (transmit) bandwidth whilst keeping the
maximum incoming (receive) bandwidth, especially useful for home offices with different
upstream (transmit) and downstream (receive) rates, typically ADSL.
