Order of Daily Checks

Turn the power ON for this VCR and for the connected
devices in the surveillance system including the video
camera and monitor TV.

Press the PLAY button.

Does the correct picture appear in the monitor TV?

Is the date-time display correct on the monitor TV?

Rewind the tape several digits on the section you
recorded the previous day.

Press the or TIME MODE button to go to the
A2-hour mode.

Is the playback picture normal?
Is there anything abnormal about the recorded date
and time?

Press the REC button.

Check the playback picture recorded in A2 hour mode.

After checking these matters change to the mode you
want to set to.

DAILY AND PERIODIC INSPECTION
This VCR has been designed to stand the use over long periods. Nevertheless, we recommend you to carry out regular daily
inspection to insure problem-free use.
Note:
It is particularly important to carry out daily checks when using the VCR for repeat recording.
