Checks
Is the paper inside the cassette
under the claws?
Slide out and then in the cassette.
Is the problem corrected?
Does the pick-up roller rotate after
the copy Start key is pressed?
Is the life of the pick-up roller or
the pick-up separation pad at its
limit?
Replace the DC controller PCB. Is
the problem corrected?

controller PCB. Does the voltage
change from about 24 V to about
0 V when the Copy Start key is
pressed?
