PreemptingOtherJobs
Ifyouselectaprintjobandclickthe“Preempt”button,theselectedjobisprintedaheadofthejobthat
currentlyprecedesitintheprintqueue.
Pausing/ResumingPrintJobs
Selectingaprintjobandclickingthe“Pause”buttonpausesprintingoftheselectedjob.
Toresumeprintingofapausedprintjob,selecttheprintjobandclickthe“Resume”button.
Note
•Oncealltheprintdataforaprintjobhasbeensenttotheprinter,thejobcannolongerbe
paused/resumed.
CancelingPrintJobs
Selectingaprintjobandclickingthe“CancelJob”buttoncancelsprintingoftheselectedjob.
Note
•Youcannotcancelotherusers’printjobs.
PrintingHeldJobs
Printingofthejobwitha“Status”of“Holding”ispausedbecausethepaperspeciedbythedriverdoes
notmatchthepapercurrentlyloadedintheprinter.
Usetheprocedurebelowtoprinttheheldjob.
1.Selecttheheldjobandclickthe“ReplacePaper”button.
2.Replacethepaperintheprinterwiththecorrectpaper.
Note
•Tocontinueprintingwithoutchangingthepaperintheprinter,selecttheheldjobandclick“Continue
toprint”button.
