My correspondent cannot hear me speaking
• Have you switched on the microphone?
• Are you holding the phone close enough to your
mouth? The microphone is located at the bottom of
the phone.
The audio quality of the call is poor
• Adjust the voice volume by pressing the Volume keys
on the left side of the phone.
• Check the signal strength indicator on the display ( );
the number of bars indicates the signal strength, from
strong to weak.
• Try moving the phone slightly or moving closer to a
window if you are in a building.
Calls to and from the phone are not connected
properly, and are easily disconnected.
• Signals from the network are weak. Move to another
area.
• Touching the antenna may lower the call quality. Be
careful not to touch the antenna while using the
phone.
