Setting an Alert Notification for 10-4 Calls
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Settings and press .
3. Highlight 10-4 and press .
4. Highlight Alerts and press .
5. Highlight Once or Repeat Alert and press .
Setting the Speakerphone for 10-4 Calls
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Settings and press .
3. Highlight 10-4 and press .
4. Highlight Speakerphone and press .
5. Select On or Off and press .
Note: If the phone’s ringer volume is set to Vibrate, Ringer off, or
Silence All, the speakerphone turns off.
Setting the Default View of the 10-4 List
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Settings and press .
3. Highlight 10-4 and press .
4. Highlight Default View and press . (The default setting is
Company List.)
5. Highlight your desired list and press .
Note: If there are no data in the Company lists, your phone will display
your “Personal List”.

Setting 10-4 Guard
This feature enables you to display the warning message when
you cannot receive 10-4 calls. The warning message appear
when you are launching the Web.
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Settings and press .
3. Highlight 10-4 and press .
4. Highlight 10-4 Guard and press . (A message will appear.)
5. Press (left softkey) to continue.
6. Select On and press .

To deactivate this feature, select Off during step 6 above.
Setting Ringer Types for 10-4 Calls
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Settings and press .
3. Highlight 10-4 and press .
4. Highlight Ringer Type and press .
5. Highlight the menu under 10-4 Calls and press .
6. Highlight your desired ringer type and press .
