When you have finished dubbing a
tape
Press x on both your camcorder and the VCR.
Note
Your camcorder only records pictures for
viewing on a PAL system based TV and VCR.
See “Using your camcorder abroad” on page 280
for the TV colour systems used in each country
and area.
If your VCR or TV is a monaural type
Connect the yellow plug of the A/V connecting
cable to the video output jack and the white or
the red plug to the audio output jack on the VCR
or the TV. When the white plug is connected, the
left programme position audio is recorded, and
when the red plug is connected, the right
programme position audio is recorded.
If your TV or VCR has an S video jack
Pictures can be reproduced more faithfully by
using an S video cable (optional).
With this connection, you do not need to connect
the yellow (video) plug of the A/V connecting
cable.
Connect an S video cable (optional) to the S video
jacks of both your camcorder and the TV or VCR.
This connection produces higher quality DV
format pictures.

Om TVn eller videobandspelaren har en S-
videokontakt
Anslut den gula kontakten på A/V-kabeln till
videoutgången och den vita eller röda kontakten
till ljudutgången på videobandspelaren eller
TVn. Om du ansluter den vita kontakten spelas
ljudet in från vänster ljudkanal, om du ansluter
den röda kontakten spelas ljudet in från den
högra kanalen.
Om TVn eller videobandspelaren har en S-
videokontakt
Du kan få bilder med högre kvalitet om du
använder en S-videokabel (tillval).
Då behöver du inte ansluta A/V-kabelns gula
kontakt (video).
Anslut en S-videokabel (tillval) till S-
videokontakten på både videokameran och TVn
eller videobandspelaren.
Den här anslutningen ger högre kvalitet på bilder
i DV-format.
