Timer recording
When the Programme Guide is
shown on the screen, you have
different options; you can
programme a recording directly if a
video recorder is connected to your
television, or you can add the
channel or station in question to one
of your Groups.
Timer recording …
> When the programme information of the
programme you want to record is shown on the
screen press the red button.
> When the recording information is shown in the
menu, you can change the start and stop time
or date, if you want to.
> To accept your recording settings and leave the
menu, press GO.
When recording onto a video tape recorder such
as BeoCord V 8000, you will not be able to see
the channel or programme name when looking in
the Timer Index of BeoCord V 8000, only the
channel number*. However, if you record onto a
hard disc recorder such as HDR 1, you can see the
channel number* and the name of the
programme waiting to be recorded.
*The channel number indicated in the Timer index
in both BeoCord V 8000 and HDR 1 is the channel
number from the main channel list.
