9. Channel search does not work.
• Check that your cable is connected correctly.
10. Cannot update new software.
• You can get an update. If the product does not show a message requesting update, that means no
software is available.
11. Cannot watch pay channels.
• Check in the menu that you have a valid and working subscription to the channels you wish to view.

The cable is not connected. Make sure the cable is connected properly.
The cable may be damaged or
defective.
Exchange the cable.
The channel is not
broadcasting.

scrambled or not
available.
The channel has signal, but no

Con rm if the channel is currently on air.
The channel is deleted by
broadcasting company.
The channel is for data
broadcasting.
The audio is not
available.
The channel has signal, but no
Audio.
Press the AUDIO button to con rm
if the channel has Audio.
No access
No subscription to this channel. Make sure you subscribe to the channel.
No authorization.
If the product has been turned o for a
longer time (standby or power o ), please
wait for authorization, up to 60 minutes.
No card inserted. Smartcard is not plugged in. Plug in Smartcard.
Incorrect card
Wrong Smartcard is plugged in. Plug in suitable Smartcard.
Smartcard is not correctly
plugged in.
Pull out the Smartcard, and plug it in again.
Replace the Smartcard.
