Check, Cancel & Change Programmes
Press c, then press o to disengage the timer mode.
review the programmes Press C. The TV screen will display
a list of the programmes set for timer recording (screen A).
Pressing C again will cycle through each of the entries in the
VCR’s memory (screen B).
cancel a programme Press x to cancel a programme.
change a programme Use the START +/–, STOP +/–, DATE +/–,
PR +/– and / buttons as necessary.
return to normal screen Press C as many times as neces-
sary.
return to timer mode If there are still programmes to be
recorded, press c.
When Programmes Overlap Each Other
If PROGRAM OVERLAPPED appears, you have another programme
overlapping the programme you have just made.
confirm overlapping programmes The Program Check screen
appears and conflicting programmes will start blinking.
Example: Programme 1 (you have just made) and Programme 4
overlap each other.
select programme to modify Press the A and B
buttons, then press
OK (or E). You can only select one of the
overlapping programmes.
note If you do not mind this overlap, press PROG to finish the
timer programme setting. The programme with the lower
programme number will be recorded and the other one will not be
recorded correctly. Without doing anything for about 1 minutes, the
VCR will finish the timer programming.
cancel a programme Press x to cancel a programme when the
Program screen you do not want is shown.
change a programme Use the START +/–, STOP +/–, DATE +/–,
PR +/– and / buttons as necessary, then press OK.
PROGRAM COMPLETED appears on the screen for about 5seconds, then normal screen appears.
note If the overlap is not yet solved or another overlap occurs with the timer programme setting
made last after making correction on a programme, the conflicting programmes will be shown on
the Program Check screen again. Repeat the above steps again until the overlap is solved.
