b1 Offset/gain set value error
Offset/gain value is outside setting range.
Set a correct value.
b2 Power error
24 V power is not normally supplied.
Check wiring and supply voltage.

b4 A/D conversion value error
A/D conversion value is abnormal.
Using scale over data (BFM #28), check channel in which error has
occurred.

This bit is ON for 20 minutes after power is turned on.
b6 BFM read/write disabled
This bit is ON during input characteristics change processing.
While this bit is ON, correct A/D data cannot be read from or written
to BFM.
