Á Set INPUT SELECT on this unit so that DV, S-VIDEO or LINE (VIDEO IN) is selected.
Á When using the BNC socket, use a BNC-PHONO conversion adapter (sold separately).
Á When the DV input is selected, the DVCPRO format signal cannot be recorded correctly.
Connections
Insert the cassette tape.
The unit is automatically turned ON, and the Cassette in
indicator [=] will appear.
Á Slowly push the center of the cassette tape to insert it.
Á When a cassette tape whose accidental erasure
prevention tab has been set to the SAVE position is
inserted, playback starts automatically.
Á Use of cassette tapes bearing the Panasonic brand is
recommended in order for full justice to be done to the
performance of this unit.
Press EJECT.
Á The cassette tape is pushed out half-way. Pull it straight
out toward you and remove.
Á The cassette tape can be ejected even when the VTR’s
power is off.
Á The cassette tape cannot be ejected while recording is in
progress.
