Introduction
This manual describes how to install a replacement hard disk drive or upgrade to a higher capacity hard disk drive in a
DVR5100 Series hybrid video recorder (HVR).

To install the replacement drive, you will also need a Phillips screwdriver (not supplied).

DVR5KRP-500 One 500 GB hard disk drive
DVR5KRP-1000 One 1 TB hard disk drive
DVR5KRP-1500 One 1.5 TB hard disk drive
DVR5KRP-2000 One 2 TB hard disk drive
WARNING: This kit includes one Pelco-certified hard disk drive. Using any other hard disk drive with the DVR5100
voids the manufacturer’s warranty.
