KARAOKE MODE (Karaoke Model Only)
p Connecting the Microphones
1 Connect the microphone into the "microphone jack" on the front of the DVD player.
1 Switch on the microphone.
i This machine could use two wired microphones simultaneously.
i Please unplug the microphones, and shift the microphone's power switch to "OFF" position when they are not in use.
i If piercing sound is produced, please move the microphone away from the television or speakers, and turn down the
volume of television; amplifier or echoing device.
p Karaoke On/Off Settings
Place karaoke disc in the DVD player and play the selected song that you would like to karaoke. Press KARAOKE button
to begin. You can toggle between the KARAKOE, AUTO and OFF modes by pressing the KARAOKE button.
1 KARAOKE Mode – Manually enables Karaoke mode by turning on both microphones despite the type of disc is
inserted in the DVD player.
1 Auto Mode – The DVD player will automatically check to see if the inserted disc is a karaoke disc. If the disc is
encoded correctly, the DVD player will automatically enter the karaoke mode. Some discs are not encoded for this
function; therefore, you must select KARAOKE mode pressing the KARAOKE key manually.
1 OFF Mode - Turns off karaoke function.
p Microphone Volume Adjustment
To adjust the microphone volume, use the microphone volume knob on the front panel.
