Follow steps one and two

VOL + to select one of
these three modes:
“Drama,”
“Action,” or
“Theater”.

Press MENU twice to exit.
Next, press the CH▼ button so that “Effect” is highlighted (the
letters turn blue). Repeatedly press either VOL+ or VOL- to set
the effect. (The actual setting depends on personal preference:
Select any value between -5 and +5.)

Notes
In order to enjoy the Dolby sound in the Dolby Pro Logic
Mode, connect the TV to the external center and surround
speakers. The external speakers are not provided. They must
be purchased separately.
The Dolby surround properly functions only when software
such as Video tape having the double-D symbol “ ” is
played.
When viewing software not recorded using Dolby sound or
an ordinary TV program set the Dolby mode to “Off”.
