How to Set up Restrictions using the Movie Ratings:
G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17, X
The Movie rating system uses the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA)
system, and its main application is for movies.
When the Rating Control is on, the TV will automatically block any programs that are
coded with objectionable ratings (either MPAA or TV-Ratings).

to select “V-chip”, then
press the ENTER button.
Press the number buttons
to enter your current 4-
digit PIN.

Press the MENU button.
Press the ▲ or ▼ button
to select “Setup”, then
press the ENTER button.

You can independently
lock the movie ratings.
The locked movie ratings
are indicated by the “B”.
Press the ▲ or ▼ button
to select one of the
categories, then press the
√ button.
Press the
▲ or ▼ button to select “B” or “U”.
Press the
MENU button to save.
Press the EXIT button to exit.
