To cancel the reset function
Press MENU before pressing ENTER. Alternatively,
select “Cancel” with M/m and then press ENTER.
Adjusting the Sound
Quality
Sound treble level, bass level and balance can be
adjusted. The surround mode can also be set.
Adjusting the Treble, Bass, and
Balance, etc.
Press MENU so that the main menu appears on the
display panel and adjust “Treble,” “Bass,” “Balance”
or “Surround” from the Adjust Sound menu.
Note
Sound quality cannot be adjusted when the Picture
Mode is set to “Standard” or “Vivid.”
Treble
Select “Treble” with M/m and press ENTER.
Adjust the treble with M/m/</, in the range from
MIN (–50) to MAX (+50).
M/, : to increase sound treble
m/< : to decrease sound treble
Bass
Select “Bass” with M/m and press ENTER.
Adjust the bass with M/m/</, in the range from
MIN (–50) to MAX (+50).
M/, : to increase sound bass
m/< : to decrease sound bass
Balance
Select “Balance” with M/m and press ENTER.
Adjust the balance with M/m/</, in the range of
LEFT (50) to RIGHT (50).
M/, : to increases the volume on the right side
m/< : to increases the volume on the left side

Adjusting manually
(1) Select “Dot Phase” or “Total H Pixel” with
M

and press ENTER.
The following menu appears on the display
panel. (The illustration below is for selecting
Dot Phase.)

(2) Adjust the dot phase or the total number of
horizontal pixels with

and press ENTER.
Note
Due to patterns in the image, there may be times when
noise continues to occur even after you have used
Auto Adjust. In such cases, adjust the dot phase
manually.
To restore Adjust Pixel menu items to their
original settings
In the Adjust Pixel menu, press
M
/
m
to move the
cursor (yellow) to “Reset” and press ENTER. Then
select “OK” with
M
/
m
and press ENTER.
Restoring the Screen Control Menu
Adjustment Values
You can restore the factory-preset values in the Screen
Zoom, Screen Size and Screen Shift using this menu.
1 In the Screen Control menu, press

to move
the cursor (yellow) to “Reset” and press ENTER.
