case,setTrimEdgeFirsttoAutomaticorOnontheControlPaneltohavetheprintercuttheleadingedgeto
maketheedgestraightafteryouloadaroll.
TrimEdgeFirstoffersthefollowingoptions.
•Automatic
Iftheleftandrightsideoftheleadingedgeoftheroll((a)and(b))areunevenby3mm(0.12in)ormore
whenyouloadtheroll,theedgeiscutanamountrelativetotheslanttoensureastraightedge,and
scrapsareremoved.Theedgeisnotcutiftheunevennessislessthan3mm.
•Off
Theedgeisnotcutandscrapsarenotremoved.ThissettingisOffformosttypesofpaper,bydefault.
