typeinyourNetWareenvironment.
FollowthestepsbelowtospecifytheframetypebyusingimagePROGRAFDeviceSetupUtilityorthe
printerControlPanel.

•YoucanspecifytheframetypebyusingRemoteUIiftheprinter’sIPaddressiscongured.

SpecifyingtheframetypeusingimagePROGRAFDeviceSetupUtility
1.StartimagePROGRAFDeviceSetupUtility.
2.Inthelistofprinters,selecttheprintertocongure.
3.ChooseProtocolSettingsfromthePrintermenu.
4.IntheNetWareFrameTypelist,selecttheframetype.
5.MakesureETHERNETIIisselectedunderFrameTypeinTCP/IP.
6.InIPAddress,entertheIPaddressassignedtotheprinter,andthenenterthesubnetmaskin
SubnetMaskandthedefaultgatewayinGatewayAddress.

•YoumustspecifytheIPaddressheretobeabletocongureNetWareprotocolsettingsusing
RemoteUI.
7.ClickSet.
8.ClickOKaftertheConrmationmessagedialogboxisdisplayed.
