Functions of the Send
Content Window Set
Menus in the Content Management
Window
Right-clicking on a tab of the “Content Management”
window displays a context-menu to provide functions you
can use for an item on the tab.
Some of the commands also appear as buttons on the
“Content Management” window toolbar.

other than the following.
Send command
Starts distribution of selected items, such as pieces of
material or playlist, to the players in the selected group.
See “Distributing Content to Players” on page 27 for
details.
Send as Substitute for Missing Material
command
Specifies the selected item as substitute graphics, that is a
piece of graphics material to be displayed instead of
missing or erroneous material upon playout on a player.
This command appears when the “Graphics” tab is
selected.

details.
Cancel Assignment of Substitute Graphics
command
Cancels the current assignment of substitute graphics.
This command appears when the “Graphics” tab is
selected.
Send as User Screen Saver command
Specifies the selected playlist as the user screen saver, if
the selected playlist consists of “Graphics” material on the
“Background” layer.
This command appears when the “Playlist” tab is selected.

Use Built-in Screen Saver command
Cancels the current assignment of the user screen saver
playlist. Players will use the built-in screen saver, if there
is no user screen saver assigned.
Menus in the VSP-NS7 Status
Window
The “VSP-NS7 Status” window provides no menus.
