What to do if you can’t solve the problem
If you have tried all of the actions suggested above, without solving the problem, please contact your dealer.
Problem
The display on the front panel does
not light up/is not lit
No sound or picture
Bad picture/blocking error
The remote control is not working
CA Module not inserted
Viewing card error
Automatic messages:
Check card
No card in the slot
Possible causes
Mains cable is not connected
The satellite dish is not pointing
at the satellite
No signal or weak signal
The LNB is faulty
The satellite dish is not pointing
at the satellite
Signal to weak
Signal to strong
Satellite dish is to small
LNB noice factor too high
Battery exhausted
Fluorescent light interfering with
the remote control
Remote control is incorrectly

CA module is not installed

What to do
Check that the mains cable is
plugged in to the power socket
Adjust the dish. Check the signal
level indicator in one of the channel
search submenus
Check the cable connections, LNB
and other equipment connected
between the LNB and the receiver
or adjust the dish
Replace the LNB
Adjust the dish
Increase the LNB voltage with 0,5
V from the System Settings menu
or connect a signal amplifier
Connect a signal attenuator to the
LNB input
Change to a larger dish
Change to a LNB with lower noise
factor
Change the batteries
Switch off the light
Aim the remote control at the
receiver
Insert the CA module
Contact customer services
Check the viewing card
Check that the viewing card has
been correctly inserted
