Connect an AV component that has a video output
terminal to the INPUT4 terminal.

Connection to INPUT5
Connect an AV component with a digital video output
(digital set top box, DVD player, etc.) compatible with
HDCP (High-brandwidth Digital Content Protection).
Before attempting to connect one of these components,
read its operating instructions to make sure that it can be
connected.
Notes
÷ Use a HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) cable for
connection.
÷ When connecting a component with DVI connector, use an
DVI / HDMI conversion cable to make a connection.
÷ It is not a jack intended to be used with a personal computer.
÷ See Supplement 3 (page 41) for information regarding signal
and display formats supported by INPUT5.
After connection is made, on-screen setup is necessory
to match the connected component. Please see page 20
to 21.
