Switching the AM frequency interval
As its default setting, the tuner jumps in steps of 10kHz
when tuning in AM stations. If you find that this is
unsuitable in your area (if you can’t tune into stations
successfully), you can change the tuning interval to
9kHz for AM. Here’s how to switch the setting.
1 Switch the system into standby.
2 Press SYSTEM SETUP.
3 Press the 2 or 3 button until you see AM
STEP in the display.
4 Use the 5 and ∞ buttons to select 9kHz
or 10kHz.
• When set to 9kHz, the FM tuning interval becomes
50kHz. This should not affect tuning into FM stations.
5 Press ENTER.
Setting the display brightness
You can adjust the brightness of the display to suit the
lighting conditions of the room.
• Press FL DIMMER (SHIFT & >10).
Press repeatedly to set the display brightness. There are
five levels.
Switching the time format
You can display the clock in either 12 or 24-hour
format.
1 Switch the system into standby.
2 Press SYSTEM SETUP.
3 Press the 2 or 3 button until you see
CLOCK 12 HR or CLOCK 24 HR in the
display.
4 Use the 5 and ∞ buttons to select 12 or
24.
5 Press ENTER.
Changement de l’intervalle de
fréquence AM
En temps que réglage par défaut, le tuner saute par pas
de 10kHz en accordant des stations AM. Si vous trouvez
que ce réglage n’est pas approprié pour votre région (si
vous ne pouvez pas accorder des stations avec succès),
vous pouvez changer l’intervalle d’accord à 9kHz pour
AM. Voici comment changer le réglage.
1 Mettez l’appareil en veille.
2 Appuyez sur SYSTEM SETUP.
3 Appuyez sur la touche 2 ou 3 jusqu’à ce
que vous voyiez AM STEP sur l’afficheur.
4 Utilisez les touches 5 et ∞ pour
sélectionner 9kHz ou 10kHz.
• Au réglage à 9kHz, l’intervalle d’accord FM devient
50kHz. Ceci devrait être sans effet sur l’accord de
stations FM.
5 Appuyez sur ENTER.
Réglage de l’éclairage de l’afficheur
Vous pouvez régler l’éclairage de l’afficheur pour
l’adapter aux conditions lumineuses de l’entourage.
• Appuyez sur FL DIMMER (SHIFT & >10).
Appuyez plusieurs fois pour régler l’éclairage de
l’afficheur. Il y a cinq niveaux.
Changement du format de l’heure
Vous pouvez afficher l’horloge soit dans le format 12
heures ou le format 24 heures.
1 Mettez l’appareil en veille.
