For reducing power consumption as well as maintaining
the lamp life, Power Management turns off the lamp
when the LCD Projection TV is not used for a certain
period.
If the input signal is interrupted and no button is pressed
for more than 30 seconds, the timer display with “No
signal” appears on the screen and it starts the five
minutes countdown. During this period, when the signal
previously selected is connected or any button on the
remote control or on the side panel is pressed, the the
LCD Projection TV will be turned on again.
When the countdown time has elapsed, the LCD
Projection TV will be turned off automatically and the
POWER indicator will light orange, and then turned off
after the LCD Projection TV has cooled down enough.

Press the MENU key to display the Main menu.

Use the CURSOR ed keys to highlight (green)
Power Management. Press ENTER.

Use the CURSOR d key to select On.

Press the EXIT key to return to normal TV viewing.
LAMP COUNTER RESET
Be sure to reset the lamp counter after the lamp is
replaced. When the lamp counter is reset, the LAMP
REPLACE indicator will be turned off.

Press the MENU key to display the Main menu.

Use the CURSOR ed keys to highlight (green)
Lamp Counter Reset. Press ENTER.

Use the CURSOR d key to select Yes. Press
ENTER.

Another confirmation screen appears. Use the
CURSOR d key to select Yes. Press ENTER.

Press the EXIT key to return to normal TV viewing.
Lamp counter reset?
Use this feature only after replacing the
lamp in your PTV.
Do not reset the lamp counter without implementing the
lamp replacement. Be sure to reset the lamp counter only
after replacing the lamp.
The lamp counter cannot be reset even if you press the
RESET key on the remote control. See page 19.
