Problems Possible solutions
TV is turned on, stand
by light is blue but no
picture
This is a big LCD screen, and needs time to warm up to show
the picture.
Please wait for 15-30 seconds for the picture to show up.
No Picture on PC (DVI
port)
Is your video card’s DVI port turned off by default?
Go into your video card’s advance menu to make sure 2nd
monitor / DVI port is turned on.
No Sound on PC Make sure your green connector head audio cable is connected.
Satellite / Digital Cable
box says HDCP not
compatible.
Reboot your satellite / digital cable box by turning them off
then unplugging the power cord.
Wait for at least 1-3 minutes and plug them back into the wall
and turn on the power.
Satellite / Digital Cable
box has no video on
HDMI port.
Make sure you’re using the HDMI->HDMI cable.
If you’re using the cable we’ve included in the box, then you
should set your source to HDCP or DVI.
Cannot get 1366x768
on PC.
Although the screen’s max resolution is 1366x768. No video
card maker can support that resolution. The widely support
resolution is 1360x768, please use that as your resolution.
I lost all my scanned in
channels.
If you suddenly terminate the TV’s power by unplugging the TV
without turning it off first, you will lose the channels. Please
re-scan all channels to get them back.
