Adjusting the Commander’s Operating Environment
Setting the function name
1 Touch SETUP.
The SETUP screen appears.
2 Touch FUNC NAME.
The FUNCTION NAME EDIT screen appears.
If FUNC NAME does not appear in the display, use
the JOG DIAL to scroll the screen until FUNC NAME
appears.
3 Touch the function that you want to edit.

Touching $ moves list down
Current name display

Touch to
upload the
name to the
receiver/
amplifier.
Touch to set
the name to
the commander

4 Touch NAME EDIT.
The NAME EDIT screen appears.
5 Enter the name.
After the name has been entered, touch SET. The new
function name is set in the commander.
After the name has been entered, point the
commander toward the receiver/amplifier and touch
UPLOAD. The new function name is set in the
receiver/amplifier.
