4.3.9 Speaker Location
Press the button to highlight the Speaker
Location selection and press the button. A new
menu will be displayed showing the all of the
speakers and in the default Auto mode. In the
Auto mode, each speaker is highlighted in red as a
single tone is produced through the highlighted
speaker. This helps you confirm that you have the
speakers in the correct locations and that all
speakers are functioning.
You may use the button to manually choose a
speaker through which to play the tone.
4.3.10 Speaker Trim
Navigate to the Speaker Setting menu and press
the button to highlight the Trim selection and
then press the button. The Trim menu will be
displayed. In this menu you can adjust the relative
volume level of each speaker individually.
Press the button to highlight the speaker you
wish to adjust. Use the or button to adjust
the level.
4.3.11 Speaker Distance Setup
Navigate to the Speaker Setting menu and press
the button to highlight the Speaker Distance
Setup selection and then press the button. A
new menu will be displayed showing the distance
of the viewer/listener from the speakers. In this
menu you can set the distance you will be sitting
from the speakers and the JV50P will adjust the
audio delay so that the sound from each speaker
will reach your ear at the correct time.
Press the button to highlight the speaker you
wish to adjust. Use the or button to adjust
the distance.
