To restart play from the
memorized point
While the “Mark function” icon is
displayed, press j or l to select a
point.
You can also use the number buttons (1-5)
to select a point.
Press c(Play) to start play.
To restart play from the memorized
point with the MARK button

point.
To clear a memorized point
1 While the “Mark function” icon is displayed,
press j or l to select a point to be
cleared.
2 Press C on the remote control. The
selected point is cleared.
• When the disc cover is opened, all the
memorized points are also cleared.
• With DVDs, the memorized point is
canceled by pressing s twice during
playback.
Checking ON or OFF of
PBC (video CD)
When using menu playback with a video CD,
the player returns to the menu display when
the selected scene finishes (PBC ON).
You can also set the player to play the entire
CD without returning to the menu screen, just
like with normal audio CDs and video CDs with
no menu capabilities (PBC OFF).
On OSD, PBC ON or OFF can be checked but
cannot be set. Change it in the SETUP menu.

Either when playing, or while the resume
function is active, press DISPLAY on the
main unit or ONSCREEN DISPLAY ON/
OFF on the remote control repeatedly.
The menu icons are displayed.
