2 Press or to select Setup, then press . The Setup menu
opens.
3 Press or to select Restore All, then press or ENTER.
4 Press MENU to return to the previous menu, or press EXIT to
close the menu.

Cleaning
Clean your TV with a soft, dry cloth. If surfaces are extremely
dirty, use a soft cloth dampened with a weak detergent solution.
Use an eyeglass cleaner to clean the screen.
Never use alcohol, paint thinner, or benzine.
Before using a chemically treated cloth, read the instructions that
came with the cloth.

No picture or sound (the
screen is not lit).
Make sure that the power cord is
plugged into a power outlet.
Press (power) on your TV or the
remote control.
Try another channel. The problem
could be with the TV station.
Dark, poor, or no picture
(the screen is lit), but
sound is good.
Select the correct picture mode.

Adjust the brightness. For more

Make sure that the antenna or
cable TV is connected correctly.

or color is not correct.
Adjust the color saturation. For

Only noise (snow)
appears on the screen.

Try another channel. The problem
could be with the TV station.
Picture has dotted lines or
stripes.
Adjust the antenna.
Move your TV away from noise
sources, such as cars, neon signs,
or hair dryers.
Picture has double
images.
Use a highly directional outdoor
antenna or switch to cable or
satellite TV.
Good picture, no sound. Increase the volume.
•Press MUTE to make sure that the
sound is not muted.
Make sure that the audio mode is
set to STEREO or MONO. For
more information, see “Selecting
the audio mode” on page 18.
Audio noise or static. Move radio frequency
communication equipment, such
as a cordless phone, away from
your TV.
