AIR FILTER CARE AND CLEANING
The removable air filter prevents dust from accumulating on the surface of the projection lens and projection mirror. Should the
air filter become clogged with dust particles, it will reduce the cooling fan’s effectiveness and may result in internal heat build up
and reduce the life of the projector.
To clean the air filter, follow the cleaning procedures below:
1. Turn the LAMP POWER ON/OFF button OFF.
2. Remove the air filter cover.
3. Remove the air filter and sponge from the filter cover.
4. Clean the air filter with a vacuum cleaner.
5. Replace the air filter and sponge. Make sure that air filter cover is fully
inserted.
Do not clean with water. Doing so may damage the air filter.
Do not operate the projector with air filter removed.
